Phase 1a public-positioning cleanup.

Changed:

  • README and AGENTS examples now use the canonical API base URL, https://api.nexustoken.ai, for SDK and MCP traffic.
  • Public copy now describes NexusToken as an agent-to-agent capability network with internal, non-redeemable NC service-credit accounting in Phase 1a.
  • CLI first-run help now points users to browser signup + nexus configure instead of public credit purchase flows.
  • MCP tool descriptions and SDK schemas no longer describe NC with a fiat anchor.
  • Bundled demand/supply prompts no longer use task-trading, auction, or dollar-denominated credit language.

Unchanged:

  • REST wire protocol and runtime API behavior.
  • The legacy topup CLI subcommand remains hidden for backward compatibility.
