• Updated Mirador viewer to 3.4.2 + vite build (breaks the way the viewer was previously imported)
• Added automatic thumbnail generation for manifest and choices
• Updated the example images with PNGs that can be safely converted into JPGs (channels cleaned up with masks)

• Fixes to IIIF manifest making it 100% presentation 3 compliant
