Investment simulator harness regression fix.

  • Ensure explicit investment tool/simulator prompts render the inline ToolSimulator.
  • Promote the simulator to the first grid position so the tool is visible before indicator/context sections.
  • Preserve agent-authored boards while enforcing the typed component contract for investment scenarios.
  • Prefill prompt inputs such as amount, horizon, strategy, and comparison pairs.
