Fix mobile Energy Summary period costs
Week, month, and year Energy Summary cost rows for non-Tesla systems now estimate costs from the same period energy rows returned to the mobile app. This avoids reset-skewed recorder values from daily cost sensors making large period totals show tiny or stale costs.
