fix(service): relaunch task no longer kills the app after 10 min

The MailAppLaunch relaunch task had ExecutionTimeLimit=PT10M, so Task Scheduler
terminated the relaunched GUI after 10 minutes (only after service updates;
manual launch was unaffected). Set PT0S (no limit).
