Packaging update over v0.2.0.

Packaging

Native deb and rpm packages (built with nfpm), in addition to the existing
AppImage and tar.gz. adguardvpn-cli is listed as a recommends dependency and is
installed separately.

Install

  • deb / rpm / AppImage / tar.gz packages are in the assets below.
  • Requires adguardvpn-cli to be installed.
