Changes:

• ArchiveCommand - This iterates a git repository, and attempts to create a normalized database from all the data. It includes trying to repair things along the way. This will truly be the way to go. Much was learned from the coding path of the Repair and Patch tools that can be applied to Archiving. This Archiving will most like be how iterative archival backups occur in the glorious future. It will let me learn even more about SQL.
• Performance improvements when reading JSON files of data by not translating String dates to Date, which will just be converted back to a String. :)
• Still so much work to be done with ArchiveCommand, but this is a good time to snapshot a release.
