Voice and protocol behavior
- Voice connections now run inline with the player PATCH request and report handshake failures in that response.

- Updated WebSocket handling to preserve ordered backlog delivery and follow Lavalink v4 behavior.
Configuration
- Set PORT to override server.port when running multiple instances from one config.
- Remove obsolete lavalink.server.voice handshake-gate options from existing config files.

What's Changed
- YouTube playback now prefers the video's original audio track on videos that have auto-dubbed or multi-language audio. YouTube flags the track matching the request language as default, so English AI dubs were being played instead of the original. Applies to both the direct URL and SABR playback paths.
- YouTube: empty strings in track metadata and parsed JSON are treated as missing instead of blank values.
