Prune v0.1.3

The interface, laid out as a utility rather than as an administration console. Nothing about
what Prune finds or removes has changed, so there is no hurry if 0.1.1 is installed and working.

• The home screen is one figure and one action — how much can be reclaimed, at a size you can
  read across a desk, with the button under it. The live readings moved to a quiet line at the
  foot, where context belongs.
• The cleaner's three separate clusters of controls became one bar, and the button that starts
  the work carries the number that makes it mean something: "Review 6 · 7.37 GB" rather than a
  bare "Review" beside a "Found 10.6 GB" label.
• Cards lost their shadow, the cleaner and process rows have room to be read, and the content
  sits in a fixed measure rather than stretching to whatever width the window has.

0.1.2 carried this same work with the sections moved into a strip along the top. That was the
wrong trade for something people move between sections in, so it was withdrawn before it was
published and this release supersedes it.

These builds are unsigned: macOS marks the download as quarantined and Gatekeeper asks you to
allow it in System Settings → Privacy & Security; Windows SmartScreen shows a similar warning.
