package.json was still on 5.28.0 — it missed the 5.29.0 bump. grunt-version
reads each file's own current value, so bump:minor would have moved it to
5.29.0 and carried the drift forward. Used an explicit bump:5.30.0 target
instead, so all four locations now agree:

  index.php     Version: 5.30.0
  index.php     SIMPLE_HISTORY_VERSION 5.30.0
  readme.txt    Stable tag: 5.30.0
  package.json  5.30.0
