feat(plugin): add GitHub update checker and bump to 1.9
- Install Plugin Update Checker v5.6 via Composer
- WordPress admin now shows native update notifications via GitHub Releases
- Fix text domain, function prefix, CSS syntax errors
- Add .gitignore and composer.json
