boost::cobalt does not currently have auto-linking capabilities in the same manner as other boost libraries that require the use of libraries (date_time, filesystem, program_options, etc.).

boost::cobalt does not currently have auto-linking capabilities in the same manner as other boost libraries that require the use of built libraries (date_time, filesystem, program_options, etc.).
This pull request adds that capability to improve its useability.
