[Curious] Will boost.gil be happy to accept `webp` reader/writer into `extension/io`?

These days I'm handling multiple picture formats and I found that .webp format is not supported. I'm trying to adapt .webp into boost/gil/extensions/io myself.

I'm curiou whether boost.gil is willing to add .webp backend (if I create a PR)?
