This is related to ticket #2008.
A link on production had a version alert presented which was incorrect as: "https://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_90_0_betalatest/doc/antora/url/reference/boost/urls/segments_encoded_ref.html" instead of "https://www.boost.org/doc/libs/latest/doc/antora/url/reference/boost/urls/segments_encoded_ref.html".
This PR fixes that.
