Add shell auto-completion

And ideally even the dynamic bits, e.g. bink node ssh <Tab> iterates through node names.

Expose under e.g. bink shell --bash?

Cobra has built-in completion enabled but we are missing the dynamic completion.
E.g source <(bink completion bash)
