Patch release from private monorepo 696dd8a6f5ea8e7bdfa1fd352f9c731513b13a13. Includes OCI blob stream-resume hardening from aac558908 and Docker wrapper support for BORINGCACHE_CACHE_EXPORT_TYPE=boringcache so managed BuildKit backend lanes can export as type=boringcache.
