Bugfix: the GUI (and any Finder-launched copy) failed with "encoding requires ffmpeg in PATH" even when ffmpeg was installed — apps launched from Finder/Launchpad don't inherit the shell PATH. The CLI now resolves the ffmpeg location itself (PATH, then Homebrew ARM/Intel and MacPorts paths). Affects encoding, preview and GUI snapshots. Recommended update for all GUI users.

Install: brew tap boriswinner/tap && brew trust boriswinner/tap && brew install uvcdv-capture; unsigned binaries below need xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine.
