Hello I got an hard time debugging a plug-in relying on QWhatsThis for documenting the process to the end user, the program link to the documentation of the parent widget, not the child one, turns out Plug-in Reloader doesn't reload it , I had to reload by closing QGIS.
Is it because my enterprise uses windows stand alone QGIS 3.28, I cannot tell.
All I can tell for the moment is QWhatsThis is a very bizarre class relying only on static methods
