sprout is your desktop companion widget that utilizes a Python Vision AI Core + Tauri/Rust Frontend to monitor your habits of sitting/working without taking breaks and enforce said breaks.

Installation Guide (Windows)

1. Download the sprout.msi installer attached below.
2. Double-click the file to run the setup wizard.
3. Note on Windows SmartScreen: Because this app is an independent, unsigned binary, Windows Defender will display a blue warning screen stating "Windows protected your PC." * To bypass this, click "More info" and then select "Run anyway".

How to use it

1. Before starting your timer, make sure your webcam is on!
2. Next, click on the folder icon in the top left of the widget and turn on notifications. Afterwards, set your timer!
3. To start the timer, just click the pomodoro timer (tomato) in the bottom right corner!
   done, the application will send you a notification once you need to take a break!
