[Bug]: Fail to install components, tried 3 times.

Describe the bug

I have used Bottles successfully before, but today when I try to create a new bottle I receive the error:

Unable to Create Bottle
Missing essential components. Installing…
Missing essential components. Installing…
Missing essential components. Installing…
Fail to install components, tried 3 times.

To Reproduce

1. Click the + button in the upper-left
2. Enter any name
3. Click the Create button

EDIT: Installing DXVK-NVAPI resolved this for me as well

I had the same issue on up-to-date Arch, installed with flatpak. I fixed it by installing the latest version of DXVK-NVAPI
