v3.2.0-beta.4 — meter detail + HA discovery toggle (BETA)

Beta for testers. Builds on v3.2.0-beta.3. main is unchanged.

Full Power Meter / Power Boost readings (EM340 etc.)

The Grid Power entity now sums all phases (p1+p2+p3) — previously it
read L1 only, which undercounted on 3-phase meters. New entities from the
r_dca meter feed:

• Grid Power L1 / L2 / L3 — per-phase power (diagnostic; the ones that move
  on a 3-phase EM340 / Power Boost)
• Meter Total Energy — lifetime kWh, feeds the HA Energy dashboard

(Single-phase setups: L2/L3 read 0, Grid Power = L1 — unchanged behaviour.)

Avoid duplicate HA entities

New HA MQTT Discovery On/Off setting (Config → Advanced, default On).
Turn Off if you add the charger to HA via the HACS Integration instead
— the gateway then removes its MQTT entities cleanly so you don't get two
of everything. (The HA Add-on is a panel only — it never creates entities.)

Carried from earlier betas

Energy-flow card (live power, solar-available vs solar-used, grid import-only),
the Resume Schedule error-114 fix, and original/Zentri Pulsar charging power.

Flashing

Drag firmware.bin onto OTA in the gateway web UI. Dashboard reads
v3.2.0-beta.4 once flashed.
