v3.2.4-beta.1 — Pulsar Plus Stop fix (test build)

Beta / test build — not for general use. Targeted fix for a Pulsar Plus that speaks the MAX single-char BLE transport (auto-detected as "max"), where Stop was sending the MAX w_cha par=2 that a Plus only ACKs and ignores.

Fixed

• The w_cha stop parameter now follows the charger's own project (chg_project → Plus/Max), not the BLE transport family the auto-switch adopted. A Pulsar Plus on a MAX transport now correctly gets par=0 for Stop. No change for chargers where the project and configured model already agree.

Not addressed yet: Unlock (separate investigation), and the device still displays "Pulsar Max" (cosmetic — transport label). Please report back whether Stop works after flashing.
