v3.2.4-beta.3 — Pulsar Plus Stop + Lock (corrected)

Beta / test build. Corrected fixes for a Pulsar Plus on the NINA-B22 (single-char) BLE stack.

Fixed

• Stop uses w_cha par=0 for the Pulsar Plus family (from the charger's chg_project), par=2 for Pulsar MAX. (A Plus on the Max BLE stack is still a Plus and needs par=0.)
• Lock state now updates live in both the HA integration (chg_lock_state refreshed from r_sta each poll) and the gateway web dashboard (r_sta broadcast on a new WebSocket channel).
• HA device card shows the true product ("Pulsar Plus") from chg_project, not the BLE transport family.
