v3.2.4-beta.4 — Stop diagnostics

Diagnostic build: logs the exact Stop decision (charger model / parameter) to the serial console, to pin down why the Stop button doesn't stop a Pulsar Plus PM3 while the raw command does. Same fixes as beta.3 otherwise.
