Added

  • Halo LED control — two new entities for the Pulsar's LED ring:
    • Halo standby (switch) — dim the ring when idle, on/off.
    • Halo brightness (number) — 0–100 %.

Reads from g_halocfg, writes via s_halocfg (each write preserves the other settings). Verified end-to-end on real hardware. Thanks @_Mike for the request.
