What's New

Feeds redesign — RSS is now a first-class news experience, separate from homelab app cards.

  • /feeds page — dedicated news-style cards (no CPU/RAM, no health badges). Main dashboard hides RSS apps.
  • Settings → RSS Feeds only — add, edit, delete, and drag-reorder feeds. RSS removed from the Add App modal.
  • Feed categories — World News, Tech, etc. with preset icons and guest-visible colored category tabs on /feeds.
  • Preset feed icons — 18 bundled SVGs + auto-detect from feed URL/domain in Settings.
  • Featured hero headline — top story banner at the top of /feeds (first feed in sort order).
  • Category empty states — friendly message when a filter tab has no feeds.
  • Audit details — RSS create/edit logs category and icon.

Improved

  • RSS feeds excluded from URL health polling (no false "offline" badges).
  • Feed count per category in Settings categories table.

Install / Upgrade

Docker:

docker pull tradmss/amud-dashboard:latest
docker compose up -d

Proxmox / bare metal:

curl -sSL https://github.com/boubli/AMUD-Dashboard/releases/latest/download/update-amud.sh | bash

Check Settings → System shows v1.5.4.0 after upgrade.
