HWSF v1.0.0

Fitted HWSF models for the target years 2019-2025, one checkpoint per year, each fitted with the records of the years before it. Load with HWSF.from_checkpoint(path); see the README.

The models are derived from NARO agro-meteorological grid data; use them in accordance with the NARO terms of use.
