Jumping to 0.2.0 with breaking changes

This release patches all critical vulnerabilities discovered via a claude fable audit, which unfortunately breaks the handshaking flow with previous clients. It also includes a number of minor bugfixes and crashes that were discovered in the initial round of user testing.
