During the meeting, we reviewed the current structure of the project and discussed our future development plans. The main focus was to understand which parts of the project are the most important for the upcoming phase and should therefore be prioritized.
We also analyzed the existing task list and identified several issues that had been added earlier but are no longer considered necessary. These tasks were reviewed across backend, frontend, and mobile development areas. As a result, we decided to remove or deprioritize these tasks in order to keep the project scope cleaner and focus on higher-priority features.
The following issues were identified as unnecessary or no longer aligned with the current project priorities:
Additionally, the corresponding frontend and mobile versions of these issues were also considered unnecessary and planned to be removed or deprioritized.
- The team will focus on the most important and high-impact parts of the project.
- Previously created but unnecessary backend, frontend, and mobile tasks will be removed or deprioritized.
- The project scope will be kept more focused to improve development efficiency.
- Future work will be planned according to the updated priorities.
