Fixed broken "Upload" button for certificate file upload.
Intermediate certificate authorities from the .pfx file are now added to the machine's (or user's) certificate store so that the web server's SslStream will be able to find them and deliver them in the TLS negotiation. Before this change, if you used a certificate signed by a private intermediate certificate authority, the web server would not be able to deliver all necessary parts of the chain even if it was available in the .pfx file. Related note: it seems that the web server was able to deliver LetsEncrypt intermediates without them being in the OS's certificate store, so I have no idea where they were coming from in this case.
A more appropriate error message should now be used if Cloudflare API token is null when attempting Cloudflare DNS validation.
