What's fixed

• The Beacon page under Tools failed to render from 0.1.2 to 0.1.4. A Blade directive with no space before it was left uncompiled and its @endif then broke the view. The full test suite now runs on every change, not one file at a time.

What's improved

• Local alerts' message and teaser go through the same sanitizer as a remote feed.
• The preview parameter bypasses the static cache only for a permitted preview. Anyone else adding it to a link gets the cached page.
