**Drop Python 3.10 support** (#43,

Python 3.10 is in security-only maintenance and reaches
[end-of-life](https://devguide.python.org/versions/) in October 2026.

This release will:

- Remove Python 3.10 from the GitHub Actions matrix and package
  classifiers.
- Require Python 3.11 or newer.
- Use `datetime.UTC` now that Python 3.11 is required.

**Add Python 3.14 support** (#42,

This release will add
[Python 3.14](https://docs.python.org/3/whatsnew/3.14.html) support to
fastenv.

- fastenv will now include a Python 3.14 classifier in its PyPI package
- fastenv will now build and publish its PyPI package using Python 3.14
- fastenv will now run tests with Python 3.14, in addition to 3.11-3.13
