This commit will update/upgrade to
[FastAPI 0.137](https://fastapi.tiangolo.com/release-notes/).

FastAPI 0.137 introduces **BREAKING CHANGES** to `APIRouter` instances,
particularly related to the behavior of `router.include_router()` when
one router instance includes another. Users should review the
[release notes](https://fastapi.tiangolo.com/release-notes/) to evaluate
how these breaking changes affect their applications.

**Update to Gunicorn 26** (449dd9375ba2cbe00d10744f7210f5cade4eb0ab)

This commit will update from Gunicorn 25.3.0 to
[Gunicorn 26](https://gunicorn.org/news/).

Gunicorn 26 removes the `eventlet` worker, expands the project's ASGI
test suite, improves HTTP header security, and increases the required
version of `gunicorn_h1c` to `gunicorn_h1c >= 0.6.5`. Now that Gunicorn
is releasing more regularly and predictably, the version will be
unpinned and a major version constraint will be used instead.
