Hot-removing card (like USB disconnect) while mumudvb is running leads to inifinite loop or segfault. Just exit on such errors.

Ths patch manages mumudvb to exit on unrecoverable errors: usb card removed, bus errors, frontend hang, etc instead of leaking CPU and spamming logs with endless error messages.
