Issues with this release:

  1. Qt requires vcruntime*.dll because Qt's DLLs themselves are not statically linked (5 DLLs required) - will be added to next version.

Program will run fine on 99% of user's pcs (anyone who has ever installed anything has VCRedist), but not on a perfectly clean slate (i.e. OOBE)
