Scaffold 0.1.1

Scaffold 0.1.1 is an alpha prerelease.

Changes

Fixed

• Restored installation compatibility with the Open edX Ulmo runtime by
  supporting Python 3.11 and XBlock 5.2 while retaining compatibility with
  XBlock 6.
• Replaced the rejected, unpublished 0.1.0 candidate with a coordinated
  0.1.1 candidate for both LMS adapters.

Moodle

• Rebuilt the unchanged Moodle adapter as part of the coordinated replacement
  for the rejected, unpublished 0.1.0 release candidate.

Open edX XBlock

• Added runtime support for Python 3.11 or later and XBlock 5.2 through 6.x,
  including the Open edX Ulmo baseline.
• Kept the Python 3.12 requirement for maintainer build and packaging tooling
  separate from the installed XBlock runtime requirement.
