…changelog Two release gaps surfaced shipping v0.1.7: - release.yml built a DRAFT release (electron-builder --publish always) but never published it or wrote notes — every release needed a manual publish and shipped with an empty GitHub body. New 'finalize' job (needs: build, tag-push only) generates 'What's Changed' notes from merged PRs, prepends the tag annotation summary, and flips the draft to a published latest. - the in-app What's-New changelog (packages/shell/changelog/changelog.json) still had only the 0.0.1 'Pre-alpha development build' entry — it was never updated across 0.1.4..0.1.7. Adds the 0.1.7 entry (v2 block format). The in-app changelog is bundled at build time, so it MUST be committed before the release is tagged — the /release-notes skill makes that a pre-tag step.
