New Code Base!

Quite a bit has changed...

+ Moved all code to Java Swing
+ Added buttons, combo-box, toggles, and more to the app
+ Console message limit of 20,000 lines (Will removed all old lines)
+ Console colors (cant translate MC colors yet but thats a goal)
+ Server Properties have been implemented a little bit (so far only the ones you can toggle via true/false)
+ So many Themes...

- Removed all JavaFX code
- Removed the Context menu
