5.0.1 — capture client

Apache capture client, version-locked to Braintied's fleet package 5.0.1.

This release is the code. It is not access to Braintied's Fly indexer or database. Default webhook is localhost:5003. The Stop hook refuses ora-watchtower.fly.dev.
