Minor breaking change: Agent Framework tracing

ChatClientBuilder.UseBraintrustTracing() has been removed. Replace it with .UseBraintrustLLMTracing() for LLM tracing, and add .UseBraintrustFunctionTracing() to the agent
builder for tool-call tracing:
