Aligned the API shape of @bramus/style-observer with other Observers part of the Web Platform:

  • The callback is the now the first argument
  • The properties to observe are part of the options
  • Renamed attach/detach to observe/unobserve

Other changes:

  • Renamed CSSStyleObserver to just StyleObserver
  • The default ReturnFormat used is now ReturnFormat.OBJECT
