BravePipe Release 0.28.0-2.4.0

  • sync with NewPipe v0.28.0

  • fix loading of DownloadDialog quicker on non SponsorBlock platforms

  • refactor DownloadDialog -> move most BravePipe related code to BraveDownloadDialog

  • make giga downloader CircularFileWriter and FileStreamSAF more robust

  • fix multiple entries in navigation menu (donation related)

  • RUMBLE: fix postprocessing for Hls streams to mux correctly after download.
