V2.2.1 - auto add multiselect values, support hidden fields

• Hidden Elementor fields can now be linked to Laposta multi-selects via a dedicated help prompt, zonder overbodige mapping-rijen.
• Nieuwe checkbox per Laposta multi-select om verborgen standaardwaarden automatisch als nieuwe Laposta-opties aan te maken.
• Laposta-metadata voor velden (datatype, field id, append/new-option) wordt nu in Elementor opgeslagen zodat de PHP-actie erop kan vertrouwen.
• laposta_api_call() ondersteunt verschillende encodings en stuurt Laposta field-modify verzoeken voortaan form-encoded.
