首个正式发行版。cfKanban 提供以 Agent 为主要入口的看板协作、第一方 Web、范围管理员、私有附件与受控 Cloudflare 部署。

普通用户体验

• 中英双语 README、部署指南、加入指南和安装引导使用长期稳定入口，首次安装与新部署默认发现最新正式发行，不需要用户选择版本号。
• Agent 在执行前固定准确 tag、不可变 manifest 和工件 SHA-256；没有可验证正式版时不会静默改用 RC、main 或源码 checkout。
• 已有可信且兼容的 Skills 可以复用。检查更新、本机技能更新和云端实例升级继续独立；加入项目不隐含升级服务器。
• 安装说明保留完整 Skill bundle 与共享脚本，明确 canonical 安装、宿主插件和当前任务加载的区别。

版本与维护

• 新增只读 release discover，默认检查最新正式版，也支持明确指定历史版或测试版。
• 首页及管理页展示当前 Worker 的产品发行版本 1.0.0；保留 API 合同版本 0.1.0 与 schema 10，本次不新增数据库迁移。
• 构建与打包检查产品版本、plugin metadata、Worker/Web 构建记录及入口摘要，拒绝通过改压缩包名称冒充新版本。
• 正式发布推进 GitHub Latest，并匿名验证六份工件以及 stable 发现入口；RC 不改变正式入口。

English

This is the first stable cfKanban release. Bilingual onboarding now uses permanent latest-stable discovery links. Agents resolve and verify an immutable release before installation or deployment; users do not need to choose a version. Compatible installed Skills can be reused, and joining a Project does not upgrade its Service.

The new read-only release discover command resolves the latest stable release or an explicitly selected exact release. The Web UI displays the deployed product release separately from the unchanged API version 0.1.0 and schema 10. No database migration is introduced. Build and publication checks bind versioned artifacts and verify the public stable discovery path.

边界 / Boundaries

本次发行不创建额外测试实例，不自动更新任何用户的宿主插件或已部署实例。跨宿主、跨任务插件加载与回退须按各宿主实际验证；Windows/macOS/其他环境的既有验收证据不能由本次本地验证扩大。升级仍须对准确实例执行兼容性检查和授权计划。

Publishing this release does not create another test instance or automatically update anyone's host plugin or deployed Service. Host loading and rollback require host-specific verification. Existing cross-platform evidence is not expanded by local validation of this change. Instance upgrades retain compatibility checks and exact authorized plans.
