This release candidate reduces D1 reads for everyday authorization, Issue and Comment pagination, and Principal statistics while preserving permission and concurrency checks.

• Project authorization targets the requested resource and intersects fixed browser Session scope.
• Issue and Principal lists select bounded pages before expensive projections; Issue and Comment cursors use indexed tuple ranges.
• Owner invitation lists share current-authentication checks across the page. Attachment cleanup skips already-released budget updates while continuing late-upload cleanup.
• Schema 10 adds four indexes for active Projects, assignments, Principal pagination, and active Grants. No existing table or historical migration is rewritten.
• Local Skills recognize schema 10 during Owner recovery. An audit report distinguishes sampled SQL Insights estimates from individual D1 execution metrics.

Existing schema 9 instances apply 0010_query_indexes.sql, a backward-compatible migration. Index creation has a one-time scan/write cost and ongoing maintenance cost. Upgrade requires verified restore evidence and migration ledger/schema readback. Local Skill updates and Instance upgrades remain separate operations. This prerelease introduces no new Cloudflare resource or paid service; production performance improvements remain workload-dependent.

Schema 9 实例应用向后兼容的 0010_query_indexes.sql。建索引有一次性扫描/写入成本及持续维护成本；升级必须核验恢复点与迁移 ledger/schema。本地技能更新和线上升级分别执行。本预发行版不新增 Cloudflare 资源或付费服务，线上性能收益仍取决于实际工作负载。
