This release candidate replaces manual UUID entry when appointing workspace and project administrators with searchable person selection, and adds bilingual product introduction videos to the public home page.

• Administrator candidates are filtered before pagination to exclude the Owner, current direct administrators, and inherited workspace administrators. Ordinary readers and writers remain eligible for promotion; revoked administrators can be granted access again using the current version.
• Candidate visibility respects existing role and browser Session scope. Confirmation shows the selected name, while writes continue to use stable Principal IDs with authorization, concurrency and quota checks.
• Search handles delayed responses, empty results, pagination and retry. The controls support English, Simplified Chinese and mobile layouts.
• The public home page and bilingual README introduce the product with locally hosted, silent videos and poster images.

Existing schema 10 instances require no database migration. This prerelease adds no Cloudflare resource or paid service. Local Skill/plugin updates and Instance upgrades remain separate operations; existing D1, private R2 storage, analytics bindings and Owner credentials are preserved.

• 候选列表在分页前排除 Owner、当前直接管理员和继承工作区管理权限的人员。普通只读者与协作者仍可提升为管理员；已撤销的管理员可携带当前版本重新授予。
• 人员可见范围遵循现有角色和浏览器 Session 边界。确认窗口显示姓名，写入继续使用稳定用户 ID，并保留实时鉴权、并发和配额检查。
• 搜索处理延迟响应、空结果、分页与失败重试，支持中英文及移动端布局。
• 公开首页和双语 README 提供同站托管的无声产品介绍视频及封面图。

已有 schema 10 实例无需数据库迁移。本预发行版不新增 Cloudflare 资源或付费服务。本地 Skill/plugin 更新与线上实例升级分别执行；保留既有 D1、私有 R2、用量统计绑定及 Owner 凭据。
