1.1.0 正式版基于已完成线上人工验收的 1.1.0-rc.3，业务代码保持一致，以正式版本重新构建全部工件。本次发行推进 GitHub Latest 和 canonical stable 入口。

相对 1.0.0：

  • 改善管理页人员选择、成员及管理员候选查询和邀请体验。
  • 新增项目标签管理，完善详情页标签编辑、项目切换、看板列分页及优先级快捷操作。
  • 看板按可用视口高度分配空间，修复底部多余留白，保留窄屏与极矮窗口的可操作性。
  • 统一顶部徽标、项目切换面板和项目选择页的双语有效身份展示；固定 Project／Issue 会话正确展示继承管理员来源，保持既有管理与会话权限边界。
  • Owner 可配置双语公开首页说明，支持语言回退、恢复默认、纯文本展示和并发冲突处理。
  • 管理技能暴露首页设置能力，日常技能补齐优先级设置与清除指南；源码仓库新增专用发版技能，不随用户技能包分发。

Version 1.1.0 is the stable release of the manually accepted 1.1.0-rc.3 deployment. Business code is unchanged, and all artifacts are rebuilt with the stable version. This release advances GitHub Latest and the canonical stable pointer.

Changes since 1.0.0:

  • Improved person selection, member and administrator candidate queries, and invitations.
  • Project label management, Issue label editing, project switching, board-column pagination and priority shortcuts.
  • Viewport-adaptive board height without excess bottom whitespace, retaining usability on narrow and very short windows.
  • Consistent bilingual identity labels across the header, project switcher and selection page. Fixed Project/Issue sessions expose inherited administrator identity while preserving existing authorization and session boundaries.
  • Owner-configurable bilingual homepage notices with locale fallback, explicit default restoration, plain-text rendering and concurrency handling.
  • Homepage settings in the admin Skill and explicit priority guidance in the daily Skill. The maintainer release Skill remains repository-only.

升级与验证边界 / Upgrade and verification boundaries

API 合同版本保持 0.1.0。从 1.0.0 升级时，schema 从 10 到 11，仅应用新增首页设置的 0011_homepage_settings.sql；必须核验恢复点、migration ledger 和实际 schema。从 schema 11 的 1.1.0 RC 升级无需迁移。历史 migration、已有业务数据、Owner、Credential 和可选 R2 配置保持；Worker 回滚不回退 D1，数据库恢复不自动执行。

The API contract remains 0.1.0. Upgrading from 1.0.0 advances schema 10 to 11 through the additive 0011_homepage_settings.sql migration and requires restore evidence plus migration ledger/schema verification. Upgrading a 1.1.0 RC already on schema 11 requires no migration. Historical migrations, business data, Owner identity, credentials and optional R2 configuration are preserved. Worker rollback does not roll back D1, and database restore is never automatic.

用户已确认 rc.3 的线上检查通过。正式版仍需独立校验发行工件、实例实际版本和本机技能安装；该人工验收不代表所有浏览器、操作系统或宿主均完成端到端验收。cfkanban.dev 继续作为持久的公开测试、演示和自用实例，后续可以领先于 stable。

The maintainer confirmed the rc.3 deployment passed their online checks. Stable artifacts, deployed version and local Skill installation are verified independently; this acceptance does not establish end-to-end coverage of every browser, operating system or host. cfkanban.dev remains a persistent public test, demo and dogfood instance and may run ahead of stable in future.
