• 顶部当前项目徽标、项目切换面板与项目选择页统一展示双语有效身份，区分所有者、工作区管理员、项目管理员、协作者和只读者。
• 固定 Project／Issue 会话保留当前项目继承的工作区管理员来源，用于正确展示身份；工作区管理入口、兄弟项目访问和管理请求仍受原 Session 范围限制。
• 已撤销或其他人员的管理授权不参与身份判断；撤权后按当前剩余授权更新展示。

This third 1.1.0 release candidate unifies administrator identity labels and fixes inherited identity information in fixed sessions.

• The current-project badge, project switcher and project selection page use consistent bilingual labels for Owner, Workspace administrator, Project administrator, Writer and Reader.
• Fixed Project/Issue sessions retain the workspace administration source inherited by the current project for identity display. Workspace management, sibling-project access and management requests remain constrained by the existing session scope.
• Revoked grants and grants belonging to other principals do not affect identity labels. Labels follow the remaining current access after revocation.

升级与验证边界 / Upgrade and verification boundaries

相对 1.1.0-rc.2，API 保持 0.1.0，schema 保持 11，无数据库迁移或新增资源。兼容的项目角色字段和权限边界保持不变；固定会话增量返回当前项目有效继承的管理来源。升级保留现有身份、数据、R2 和用量统计配置。GitHub stable 保持 1.0.0。

Compared with 1.1.0-rc.2, the API remains 0.1.0 and schema remains 11, with no database migration or new resources. Existing project-role fields and authorization boundaries are preserved; fixed sessions additionally expose the effective inherited administration source for the current project. Existing identity, data, R2 and usage configuration are preserved. GitHub stable remains 1.0.0.

自动化权限回归测试与线上版本、资源读回不等于真实浏览器或跨任务宿主加载验收；本机技能安装和当前任务加载状态分别报告。

Automated authorization regression checks and deployed version/resource readback do not establish real-browser or cross-task host-loading acceptance. Local Skill installation and current-task loading are reported separately.
