v1.1.0 Repeat Actions

This release adds the ability to repeat actions when held for a specified interval (using the repeat config option - specified in ms). Additionally, a visual_feedback option was added; This setting will flash an icon over the touch-pad when performing any of the defined gestures. It was originally intended to help development on the demo site, but perhaps it could be helpful for end-users as well.
