Subshell 0.78: app lock, private user notes, sharing into Subshell and content filters everywhere.

Highlights:

• Optional app lock: unlock with biometrics or the screen lock, choose when it locks again, and optionally hide what notifications say.
• Private notes and coloured tags on Reddit users, shown next to their name, with an opt-in to include them in backups.
• Share links, text and images from other apps into Subshell to start a post (optional, off by default).
• Content filters now work on community pages, custom feeds and search, can be limited to one community, and can show how many posts they hide.
• Many more Reddit links open inside the app: share links, images and videos, profile tabs, searches, custom feeds and wiki pages.
• Also new: find in thread, jump between top-level comments, in-app text size, pure black theme, launcher shortcuts, gallery downloads, Giphy GIFs and post flair emoji.

Also: predictive Back, vote swipes that follow your vote colour and control settings, optional press-Back-twice-to-exit, a video cache size setting, and fixes for custom feed Back, title-only posts, feed refresh, and join/leave confirmation.
